A Plea for Urgent Assistance

As you would be well aware, for the past twenty years , Ceylon Students Educational Fund has been assisting Tamil students affected by the brutal and ongoing civil war in Sri Lanka.

The Fund is currently extending assistance to hundreds of war affected students in the districts of Jaffna, Tricomallee, Batticaloa, Vavuniya and Amparai.  During the 2004 Tsunami disaster, the Fund had extended emergency assistance to the victims in a timely manner..... more
